Had a fairly large repair made to my Ford truck and I have to say they have NO attention to detail in their work. They had to repaint the hood 3 times to get it right and completely missed a scratch on the back that they had to go in a repair. I was quoted 3 weeks for the repair and it took well over 4 and then even more time taking it back for items I would find. The owner said he would reimburse me for the rental car that my insurance would not cover and even though I have asked him several times, he just dodges me. ..... I am done. My recommendation to you is to find another shop to have your car worked on and save yourself the hassle.
I was rear ended and Tanner's did a fantastic job on fixing car. Tim showed me the damage after they tore it apart and explained the damage. He also answered all my questions. My car was finished ahead of schedule. Great staff and great job. Thank you Tanner's and your team for your excellent job and professionalism.
