I have never dealt with a more reputable and fair automotive repair facility in my 60 years on this earth. We are very happy to have Glenn and his staff in Willard.
Recently took my vehicle here for check engine light. They put new plugs in and supposedly installed a new Evap hose ($6.00 part). Total bill $323.00, which I thought was extremely high. The next day, check engine light came back on.
Good mechanics, home town shop.
I picked my vehicle up from a REPUTABLE shop this morning, the Evap hose had never been replaced. Needless to say, I will never be back to Glenn's and would not recommend this shop.
