I had my 6 month check up this week and was pleased with the treatment I received from doctor Krenn and his staff. They are friendly and well organized. Doctor Krenn provides a valuable service to the Willard area.

The CoxHealth Center Willard is not the place to go if you're looking for empathy. I had a stroke approximately a month and a half ago, and sought out help from Dr. Krenn's office because I was having nauseating headaches in the morning, shooting nerve pain, and neck/shoulder stiffness. Needless to say, my attempts to have Dr. Krenn help me were futile. The physical therapy that I was supposed to have scheduled never happened because nobody called me to make an appointment (Dr. Krenn supposedly entered the referral); there was no follow up from Dr. Krenn and his office.

I expressed my dismay over having waited for two days only to not have anyone from his office call me back, and my concerns were met with confrontation by the receptionist; she was unapologetic and argumentative. After waiting for weeks to receive help, I politely told the receptionist I no longer wanted to see Dr. Krenn. I thought that I had sufficiently ended the doctor/patient relationship that I had with Dr. Krenn, but much like a tempered child, Dr. Krenn sent me a termination letter that may or may not impact me adversely when seeking help from a more qualified and caring doctor; his office couldn't take the time to follow-up, but they could take the time to send me a termination letter via certified mail.

I have used Dr. Krenn without any issues. I just recently had surgery for an issue and he sent me to a great specialist. He's always answered the questions I have had and my kids also enjoy going to him as well.

Cox Health Center Willard is an incredibly outdated clinic; it wreaks and is dingy. I fully believe that the overall quality of the clinic is a direct reflection of the type of care that you will receive. Doctors can make or break a clinic, and Dr. Krenn is the main detractor. The appearances and smell would be tolerable if patients could go there and receive quality care.

I will recommend to anyone that CoxHealth Center Willard is not the place to go to receive help. For the numerous reasons listed, I give this poorly run establishment a one star rating.

Could use some updating in the office, but nice people and it is easier/faster to get appointments here than most doctors offices in this area.

I sought out non narcotic pain medication to help with my post stroke related pain, as mentioned above, and was told that Dr. Krenn would coordinate with my neurologist as to what should be done, and then would call me back (approximately a month ago). Needless to say, I never received a phone call as to what was determined by either my neurologist, or Dr. Krenn. I had asked to try Lyrica, and if Dr. Krenn was unwilling to write a script for that, then would he be willing to write a script for something else. I was supposed to have received a phone call from Dr. Krenn's office informing me of the status of my physical therapy referral and the status of my prescription request, but that never happened.

I have called the Willard clinic for over a year trying to get in. I tried again today and spoke with an incredibly rude woman ( as has always been the case in the past as well) She told me they were not accepting new patients. I wound up calling an assistance Cox line and was told that is not the case. They ARE accepting new patients. The people that work at the Willard clinic should NOT be working there if they are too lazy to do their jobs properly. I'm absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism they have continued to display with every phone call that I have made to them :/

Dr. Krenn does not accept criticism of any kind. If you question the actions Dr. Krenn takes in regards to your health, something you have the right to do, he will send you a termination letter. A typical appointment with Dr. Krenn consists of him walking into the room, you regaling him with tales of what ails you, and if you're lucky he'll ask more questions; if you're not lucky, he'll proceed to find a way to respond pompously. The receptionist acts in the same way as Dr. Krenn, probably why she works there to begin with, and becomes confrontational when she has to deal with things outside of her comfort zone.
